In the fall of 2010 the upper class traveled to Aspen to camp at the Maroon Bells. On the way, they stopped on top of Independence Pass to explore a ghost town called Independence that had once been inhabited by miners. They camped at Silver Queen campground and hiked up to a glacier lake. On the trip home, they visited Glenwood Springs for a fun time at the pool.
