Programs

This year Running River will have two major classrooms. The first will be a K-1 classroom with Nancy as the teacher. There will be 8-12 children in this class.

The second classroom will be a combined 2nd-5th grade classroom of 10-15 students with Megan and Chris team teaching, along with parent volunteers.

We have two interns from Switzerland this year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Naropa interns spend time learning from and with us in all areas.

Chris will be teaching art to all the classes, and we have a dance intern from CU, and a parent teaching both Yoga and Music (she is a professional singer and songwriter). Art continues into his 10th year of teaching P.E. In addition, parents will be heading up special projects such as bicycles, carpentry and hand crafts (to name a few).
